Ardglass Girls defeat the Bridge 11/06/2003
On Sunday the U -16 girls' team played Ardglass in the Down championship and in conditions which were more reminiscent of November than June it was the East Down side who emerged victorious, 0-6 to 1 -1. Ardglass played with the wind and the rain in the first half and by half time had built up a five points lead, 0 -6 to 0 -1. On the restart, Ardglass continued to dominate but missed several good chances. The 'Bridge had trouble getting the ball up to their forwards but eventually they broke through for a goal but it came too late to have any influence on the final outcome.

Ardglass continue good form 06/06/2003
Ardglass Ladies U-16 footballers maintained their recent good form with two excellent wins. A league win over Carryduff last week was followed up by a brilliant 0-7 to 0-4 championship win over Mayobridge.
