The seniors enjoyed a
five point victory over second placed
Newry Bosco on Thursday night.Ardglass
started the game at a fast pace and
continued to dominate all sectors of the
field, however they managed to shoot 14
wides which kept Bosco within reach
Chris deegans scored
the first point point of the game as
Stephen Deegans and seanie halpin
snuffed out a Bosco attack and quickly
transferred the ball to attack for the
Burly midfielder to score from forty
yards, The pacy Paul Smyth was a
constant threat to Bosco and was
rewarded for his hard work with a well
taken goal. Paul Mc Cargo was an
effective link man at midfield and was
the source of many attacks while Stevie
Smyth made his first appearance of the
season after recovering from a long term
injury

Match is at Home to Drumaness on
Thursday 7th July @7.30
The under-10s were in
action in the Kilclief Blitz on Saturday
with 19 keen footballers making the
journey down the coast to St Malachy’s
park. In the first match they narrowly
lost to St Paul’s while in the second
match they faced local rivals and hosts
Kilclief, after a strong performance
they ran out winners only to be overcome
by a strong Liatriom team in their third
match. David Armstrong and the Clarke
brothers were impressive throughout
while Christopher Mc Cargo and Jordan
Deegans showed some great skills.
Training for all
under-10 boys and girls continues on
Thursday’s @7 in ardtole while under-12
training is on Saturday afternoons @2pm
in Ardtole
Ardglass are running
a joint golf classic with loughinisland
on the 9th of September at
Downpatrick golf course, anyone
interested in sponsoring a Hole or a Tee

In conjunction with
the golf classic the two clubs are
promoting a development draw priced at
five pounds the prizes include Holidays
for four in Turkey and Spain for two
weeks including flights and transfers.

SUMMER CAMP
The club will be
Hosting a coaching summer camp from 15th-19th
August from 2-5 pmThe camps which are
for children between the ages of 8 and
12 (on 1st July, 2005) will include
coaching in the skills of the game,
quizzes, mini games as well as various
fun activities. Each participant will
receive a Summer camp pack, which
includes a GAA Kit - sponsored by
A-Round-A-Pound.
All activities within the coaching
schemes will take place within a frame
work of total supervision. Camps will be
staffed by qualified GAA coaches The
price of this years Camps will be £20
per child
