Ardglass
notes - 13th June 2005
The
Seniors had a good win away to Tullylish
on Friday night, after a poor first half
the Ardglass boys pulled away for a
comfortable eight point win which edges
them closer to the play-off spots
The
ladies weren't so lucky on Saturday
evening not only did they lose to
Tecconaught by four points they lost
Emma Sheilds to a bad ligament injury
The reserves also
fell to their first defeat of the season
away to Letrim on Sunday night, Letrim
were always in control and run out
comfortable winners in the second half
The u-16s lost away
to a bigger and stronger Dromara with
Mark Armstrong and David Sheilds
Battling throughout. While the under 14s
lost away to Kilclief in an entertaining
game Ardglass only scored one point in
the first half and were trailing by nine
at the break, but strong performances
from Conor Milligan and Malachy Crangle
in midfield inspired a fight back with
stephen magennis and Daniel Maginn
playing well at corner back
