ARDGLASS 1-12 KILCOO 0-10

Ardglass returned to winning ways with a five point victory over the magpies.conditions were perfect for football and kilcoo started well taking a twp point lead, before liam mullan (2) and mark feenan put the home side in front.Ardglass should have extended their lead if it was not for the Kilcoo keeper who saved well from the darren smyth and cairan dorrian missing the resulting 45 ,however he did score after winning the kick out Liam Mullan scored a fine individual point 40 yards out on the byline.

Ardglass continued to press forward with smyth forcing another save from the Kilcoo net minder who could only punch it over for a point.Kilcoo's Paul Devlin responded with a long range free.

The ardglass half back line were full of running and mark feenan doubled his tally while centre half Marty Mcvickers scored from a long range punt which bounced in front of the goal and over.Kilcoo responded with a free to leave it 0-8 to 0-3 at the break Kilcoo started the second half strongly posting 2 scores and 2 wides before Liam mullan fired over 2 points.the away team scored one more from play.

ardglass applied more pressure at midfield which resulted in a couple of wides before good fielding and accurate passing from cairan dorrian found Brian Crangle in space and he blasted the ball into the net.Kilcoo responded with three unanswered points, but it was'nt enough as mark feenan scored his third point of the day and liam mullan scored his sixth to finish the game with five to spare.
