ACFL Div 3 Tullylish 0-13 Ardglass 0-8

Ardglass lost their second match of the season against a strong and determined Tullylish . Both teams fought hard for possession and scores throughout the game with the home side pulling away in the final quarter.

In the first half both teams hit many wides and the game was littered with frees which slowed the pace of the game however when there was some periods of good play from both teams as they entered the break tied at 0-5 each.

Tullylish started the second half with a score from the throw in and another from the resulting kick out drew level again through Deegans and Rooney before Tullylish hit three unanswered points. Ardglass had only a Michael Magee point in the last quarter as Tullylish added three more scores to ease to victory.

The under 14s had a bye this week and the reserves was postponed leaving the only other match to be played in the club this week was a friendly challenge between the Senior ladies and Under 16 boys on Saturday evening.
