Ardglass GAC Notes

There is not much playing activity at the moment with the july fortnight break in league action. The seniors have reached this point top of division three by two points, and now will focus on defending the Connelly Cup at Ballykinler and attempt to win five in a row., In the quarter finals they meet Drumaness which should be a tight encounter if the league encounter is to go by.

The u16s had a good win over Kill dara at Ardtole last Tuesday and now only have one game remaining in the league, away to Kill Dara after the fortnight break. The Minors lost for the second week in a row to St Mary's in the league. The U14s championship quarter final was postponed and they now must wait till after the break for their next run out.

The Club hosted the annual Cul Camp at Ardtole last week, All the children had a great time enjoying being coached in the skills of Football and Hurling. The Club would like to thank the coaches who where led by Down ladies player Kyla Trainor for there expert coaching throughout the week.

Ardglass GAC annual Golf Classic will be held on Friday 15th August at Ardglass Golf Club, This year's format will consist of a Four ball and individual competition.
