* The club would like anyone
interesting in playing or
sponsoring the Club’s
annual Golf classic at Banbridge
Golf club to get in contact
with any committee member.
The Golf Classic will take
place on Friday 5th September.
Players and members are reminded
that we need the four balls
sorted ASAP.
*Senior Hurling Training continues
at Pairc Na Naomh on Tuesday
and Thursday nights in anticipation
of the junior championship
final on Sunday 14th September.
*If anyone wishes to avail
of Pitch side advertising
at Pairc Na Naomh, please
contact a committee member
for further information. With
a lot of matches being played
at Pairc Na Naomh this season,
this is an ideal opportunity
to get your advertising across
to a wide range of people
from all over the country.
Please contact any committee
member for details.
* The club would like to invite
sponsors for a new scoreboard.
Ballela will be hosting various
inter county matches this
year at Pairc Na Naomh. This
is an ideal opportunity for
various sponsors to get their
advertising across and reach
a broad range of people from
all over Ireland.
*Anyone wishing to sponsor
the club at any level is urged
to contact Martin Mc Cann,
as it is well needed with
the club participating in
the final stages of championships
at Senior Hurling and Camogie
level. Also there are various
underage teams, which need
your support also.
* Club merchandise is available
to order from Noel Burns (sen).
All players are reminded that
they must have club shorts
and socks in order to take
to the field.
* Ballela Camogs entertain
Eoghan Rua of Coleraine in
the quarterfinal of the Ulster
championship on Saturday 30th
august at Pairc Na Naomh.
Throw in is at 3.00. The club
would like to see as many
people attend the match as
possible and give the girls
a bit of vocal support for
this important match.
* The club would like to thank
everyone who participated
in the Cul Camp last week
and it was a huge success
with over 30 kids enjoying
the weeklong academy. Ballela
hope to see them all return
to join one of the underage
teams in the future.
