Notes for week of 22nd Feb
***The
Annual Dinner Dance is this Friday
February 25th in the Balmoral Hotel
Warrenpoint, Music by 'Not All There'.
Tickets are priced £20 and
are available from any committee
member. If you haven't already indicated
that you will be attending, please
do so now as final numbers need
to be determined. Transport is available
to the Balmoral from the Ballymartin
Inn. Anyone interested should leave
their name at the Inn, Price is
£6 per person.
***Congratulations on reaching and
best of luck to the Rooney family
(Paddy, Jackie, Paula, Eimear &
Orla) who will be representing us
at the Down Scor Final in the Instrumental
and Ballad Group events this Sunday
Feb 27th. Anyone who is free and
would like to show their support
should make their way to Saval for
a 6pm throw-in. Watch the press
for any change of time/venue.
***Senior Training continues on
a Sunday morning at Kilkeel leisure
Centre with a 12:15pm weigh in time
and cost of £5 per head. Wednesday
nights at Kilkeel Leisure centre
at 9pm sharp and friday night at
the field for 7:30pm sharp.
***The U-16 girls get their campaign
off the mark this Sunday Feb 27th
with a home game v Rostrevor. Throw-in
time is 12:30pm. As the Pat's Rd
pitch is closed, the likely venue
will be St.Columbans.
***Ladies Training has now started
and continues on a Wednesday night
from 7:30pm to 9pm and on a Saturday
from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. All sessions
are at the field, Pats Road. All
new players are very welcome. If
there are any girls interested in
joining the U-16 panel, they train
on Tues/Sun, see below for details,
again all new players are welcome.

Tuesday Training St Columbans: 6.00pm
- 7.05pm U-16 Girls, 7.05pm - 8.10pm
U-12 Boys, 8:15pm - 9:20pm U-14

6.00pm - 7.05pm U-14 Girls, 7.05pm
- 8.10pm U-16 Boys, 8:15pm - 9:20pm

***There was no winner of the Club
lotto on Sunday night Feb 20th.
The numbers drawn were 2, 6, 8,
20. Jackpot next week is £1500.
Three people share £60 for
selecting 3 numbers. Again Ticket
sales were excellent.
***Club Membership is now due, Adults
£20, Juvenile (U-18 on/after
Jan 1st) £10 and Family Membership
£60 (2 Adults + 2 or more
children u-18). This year everyone
is required to fill out a membership
form and these are being distributed
at the moment. All returns are needed
asasp to enable registration.
