Bredagh talks SAM and LIAM!!!

Fermanagh's sensational season will be a burning topic for Paul Brewster, Mickey Harte and a celebrity panel at Bredagh GAC's All Ireland Preview night at the Wellington Park Hotel on Thursday September 9th (8.00pm sharp). The Erne men turned Ulster football on it's head with their shock defeat of Ulster champions Armagh and Derry surprised everyone by reaching the last four, but what went wrong for Joe Kernan and also for All Ireland champions Tyrone?

Last year's inaugural Bredagh event was a major success with an excellent evening of entertainment. BBC Championship Presenter Jerome Quinn used questions from an enthusiastic and knowledgeable audience to grill the experts! This year, the panel includes Paddy Heaney from the Irish News, Irish Independent GAA correspondent Martin Breheny, Barney Eastwood from sponsors Eastwood Bookmakers and of course an All Ireland Minor winner with Tyrone, and Down hurling manager John Crossey.

The panel will look back over the 2004 season and look ahead to the football and hurling finals, aided by video clips. There will also be a vote for the Best Score Ever by a Down footballer. The Top Ten will be shown on video from the likes of Ambose Rodgers, Sean O'Neill, James McCartan, Ross Carr, Benny Coulter and Mickey Linden, but maybe your money be on the Ciaran McCabe winner in Celtic Park in 1994?

Ladies football and Down's All Ireland camogie final on September 19th will join in the debate, and there are some great prizes to won on the night. Tickets for the whole event cost £5 and they include entry into a draw for tickets for both the All Ireland hurling and football finals, as well as a pair of tickets for the Irish News All Stars night at the Armagh City Hotel on September 11th.
