The Liam Mc Carthy Cup visited Carryduff recently accompanied by Pat and Donal Mulcahy and John Griffin from All Ireland Club Champions Newtownshandrum. The Cork representatives also brought the club trophy, theTommy Moore Cup, as they spent an enjoyable weekend with both Bredagh and Carryduff Clubs. During their visit, the Corkmen coached local players and on the Sunday before their departure, they presented annual awards to Carryduff's players who last year took part in underage hurling competition for the first time.
