U13 (M) Football Update
Carryduff U-13's finished their league campaign
with the B team putting up a very spirited performance(minus
a couple of key players) to lose 7-06 to 3-06.
Hard luck to them, going down by 4 scores. They
can now join up with the A-Team for the league
semi-finals.
The A team had a tough encounter with neighbours
Bredagh in a game that was contested very keenly
and controlled well by the young Darragh Cross
referee John McMullan.
Bredagh started the sharper and were in front
after 10 minutes by 1-01 to 0-01. Carryduff dug
deep and by half time were in front 1-01 to 1-04.
In the second half Carryduff worked hard all
over the field with some very good moves finishing
with excellent scores. A great team performance
and a good win 3-01 to 3-13.
Training on Wednesday 6.45pm and remember to
keep selling the tickets.
The squad will not take on either Kilcoo or Downpatrick
next Sunday at 12pm. The other semi final is between
Bryansford and Bredagh.

Last Week - New Pitch Development Draw
We are now into the last week of the New Pitch
Development Draw. Still only 116 of the 380 families
associated with the Club have returned their 12
tickets. A further 46 have sold some but not all
12 tickets. That's still 218 families who haven't
done anything! This is the week to make it happen!
Anyone wishing to return sold tickets or to get
some more can phone Paul Bradley on 07713399832
or from Eddie McCrory, 3 Knockbracken Crescent,
Carryduff. Please try to make any returns by Wednesday
evening. The competition for the Top Sellers prize
closes at 8pm on Friday evening.
Tickets are also available to purchase online
or you can view the latest top sellers table at
www.carryduffgac.com/bigdraw. If your family aren't
on the list why not?
