• All playing members must pay all fees
prior to the first training session of the
season, which includes membership and insurance.
No monies will be accepted unless a completed
renewal registration form accompanies them.
In order to be eligible to add your name to
a list for match tickets you must have your
membership paid by 1st March 2008.
• Club lotto 4, 6, 15 and 26. Jackpot
now £5600
• Tickets for the Annual 600 Club Draw
are now available from every committee member.
This draw will help continue to finance our
ongoing developments necessary to facilitate
the many demands placed upon us.
Tickets are priced £100 payable in one
go or in 4 x £25 monthly instalments.
• The East and South Down finals of
Scór Sinsear will take place on Sunday
night next in St Malachy’s School Castlewellan
and Saval Sports and Leisure Complex. The
East Down competitions begin at 6.30pm and
the South Down final gets under way ay 6.30pm.This
year there has been a marvellous response
from clubs in both divisions, and full houses
are expected at both venues. The County final
will be held, also in Castlewellan on Sunday
2nd March again with a 6.30pm start time.
• Congratulations to our playing members
on the St. Malachy’s Markey Cup winning
team last Wednesday in Casement Park.
Our annual Golf Classic will take place this
year in Down County Royal on the 7th of March
2008. Various GAA personalities will also
be in attendance for a great days golfing,
dinner and entertainment afterwards in the
club. This event has been a great success
on our clubs calendar for the past 7 years.
