• A Final congratulations to the entire
St. Malachy’s All-Ireland U18 Vocational
Schools champions and especially our five
playing members Conail Burns, Collie Devlin,
Gerard Rice, Paul McVeigh and Paddy Boyle
were had their presentation ceremony in
the Slieve Donard on Monday Night.
• The Seconds footballers were beat
0.8-3-12 by a strong Clonduff outfit on
Sunday afternoon in the Meadow. Best in
a poor performance was Niall Toner, Luke
Toner and Aidan Burns done well when he
came on.
• The Firsts footballers won an exciting
match against a much fancied Loughinisland
at home 1-14-1-10 on Friday evening. Loughinisland
had won their previous three games against
strong opposition. Town had great performances
from Stephen Trainor, Ruairi McArdle, Liam
Mc Kibben and Aidan Burns.
• Congratulations to Donaghmoyne on
winning Castlewellan's 8th Annual senior
