The Annual Dinner Dance was held in La Mon House Hotel on Friday evening,

with all senior teams having something to celebrate. The senior footballers

were toasting their return to Division 2, with the Division 3 league title,

while the camogie team were ccelebrating their magnificent Junior

Championship win last year. The Reserve footballers were also awarded their

medals for runners-up in the East Down league. Down GAA secretary Seamus

Walsh presented the awards, with the following people given special

recognition:

Camogie Awards -

Senior Player of the year - Noreen Mageean

Young Player of the year - Clare McStay

Reserve player of the year - Clare Miskelly

Football Awards -

Senior player of the year - Padraig Mageean

Young player of the year - Hugh Murray

Reserve player of the year - Neil McGreevy

Minor player of the year - Mark Carson

Club Sportsperson of the year - Marcus Miskelly
