The Senior team travelled to
Teconnaught on Friday night, despite
leading at half time 0-6 to 0-0
in the end they had to settle
for a draw.Two second half goals
by Teconnaught brought them back
into the game. in the end they
shared the spoils on a scoreline
2-4 to 0-10.
The Reserve team bowed out of
the reserve championship at Ballykinler
by a single point to a very experieced
Castlewellan team.The teams went
in at half time with Castlewellan
leading by a point 0-6 to 0-5.On
the restart Drumaness brought
the game level with a point and
moved ahead with a well taken
goal from Jason Gordon however
Castlewellan's attack pegged them
back and finished winners on a
scoreline 0-12 to 1-8 in a highly
entertaining game.
Congratulations to the U14 team
winners of section c of the East
Down league.
Senior team away to Ardglass on
Sunday at 1.00pm in division 3
league game.
Reserve games this week Wed night
away to St John's at 6.30pm Sunday
night away to Liatroim at 6pm.
U8 tournament Sunday 14th at the
pitch 11am teams taking part Glassdrumman,Darragh
Cross,O'Donnells(Antrim) and Drumaness.
