Dundrum GFC Notes.
* There has been a fantastic response
to our annual golf classic on 10th
September 2004 at Downpatrick Golf Club.
There are many prizes on the day, including
a chance to win a new Renault Megane
kindly provided by McKibbin Motors,Clough
for a hole-in-one at the Par 3 11th!
There are only a few tee off times available
with each fourball costing
£120. To book your time please

We wish to thank all the sponsors and
our teams who have already signed up
to make the day a success. The prizegiving
ceremony will take place that night
at Diamond Pats, Newcastle followed
by music from Roxy.
* The Seniors lost out heavily to Tullylish
in the last eight of the IFC on Saturday
evening in Drumgath. The final scoreline:
Dundrum 0-10 Tullylish 4-14. Training
takes place tomorrow night (Thursday)
at 7.30pm. The Division 3 playoff game
with Mitchels is set to take place on
the 12th of September.
* The U-16's concluded their League
campaign with defeat to Downpatrick.
The final scoreline: Downpatrick 5-04
Dundrum 2-01.
* Training is now over for the U-12's
but it is hoped to have an underage
fun day for all juveniles within the
next month.
* Congratulations to Paul McComiskey,
Martin Melville, Michael Rooney and
John Tumelty who all done extremely
well in their GCSE examinations. Congratulations
also to Colm King, Aaron Doyle, Conor
McShane, John McKibben, Neil McComiskey
and Mark Fitzsimons who received their
A-Level results last week.
