* Best wishes go
to juvenile member Paddy Curry who
recently broke his arm in a freak
accident. Paddy will be a huge miss
to both the U-16 and U-14 teams. Get
well soon!.
* The Seniors had
no game last Friday night due to
Aughlisnafin requesting a
postponement. This Friday South
Belfast side Bredagh venture to the
coast for the first time in many
years to compete in what should be a
cracking encounter. Dundrum players
should meet at the changing rooms
for 6.15pm.
Training takes
place tonight (Wednesday) at 7.30pm
sharp. Further training arrangements
will be made available to the
players after the match on Friday.
This forthcoming Wednesday night the
Seniors take on Aghaderg in the
Preliminary Round of the Junior
Championship. Having spent the past
two years in the Intermediate, the
Duns will be hopeful of getting a
good run this time around.
With four key
players missing for Dundrum though,
Aghaderg will feel very confident
about their chances of progressing.
Neil McLaughlin (Holidays), Cormac
Venney, Conor McKibbin and Mickey
Murray are all out of action for the
next couple of weeks.
* Well done to
Paul McComiskey, John Morgan and the
rest of the Down Minor setup after
their superb victory over Galway.
With Offaly next up in the Semi
Finals, Down should be more than
confident of progressing to the
Croke Park decider.
* Friday the 2nd
of September will see the Dundrum
GFC Annual Golf Classic return to

through contacting either Paul Byrne
or Barry Walsh or alternatively
entering through
www.dundrum-clg.com.
After a great
showing in 2004, the club is
confident of another success. A
