* The DVD of the
2005 Junior Championship Final is now
on sale for £4. The DVD includes the
pre match hype, the game itself, full
colour commentary, halftime analysis
and post match interviews with Paul
McComiskey, John McShane, Kieran
Walsh, Martin Coughlan, Paddy Doran,
Cormac Venney, Micheal Rodgers, Seamus
Walsh and Liam McKibben.
* The 2005 Dundrum
GFC Yearbook is now available for
purchase at a price of £5. Orders can

Alternatively the book will be on sale
from 7pm on Friday night in the
Parochial Hall as well as after 7.30pm
Mass in Dundrum on Saturday night.
The publication
covers the successful 2005 sea son in
great detail. The Senior's path to
promotion to Division 3 is well
documented and there is a special
feature on the Junior Championship
Final. Club captain Kieran Walsh casts
his eye over the year in an amusing
article and there are interviews with
the All Ireland Minor winning pair of
John Morgan and Paul McComiskey. The
exploits of the Reserves, Minors and
U-16's are all chartered and the
Juvenile scene is vastly covered.
Added to this are specially
contributed articles on the GAA and

Are a Junior Footballer When...
* Tonight
(Wednesday) the Seniors are training
in the Peak Fitness gym on the
Castlewellan Road. Local based players
are requested to be there for the 7pm
session while Belfast based players
should be present for 7.30pm. The cost
is £2 per head.
Belfast based
players are reminded that the bus will
be leaving the Queens Student Union at
6pm sharp and will be returning to the
city around 10pm.
Training on
Friday night will be held in the
Parochial Hall with a 7.30pm start.
Players are reminded to bring water
bottles and suitable indoor
footwear.
* Tonight
(Wednesday) the Minors are training
in Ballykinlar at 7.30pm under the
floodlights. Dundrum players are to
assemble at the changing rooms for
6.50pm. Players are reminded of the
importance of training in improving
their performance. Therefore a full
turnout is requested.
On Sunday at 12
noon the team will play the second
game of their League campaign
against Ardglass in Ardtole. Dundrum
players should meet at the filling
station for 10.15am. Ballykinlar
players should be at the pitch for
10.30am sharp.
Bredagh defeated
the side in the League opener by
eleven points on Sunday in
Ballykinlar.
* Well done to
Paul McComiskey, Paul Rooney and
Michael Rooney who helped St
Patrick's, Downpatrick, through to
the Semi Finals of the McLarnon Cup.
The 'Red High' beat St Louis,
Ballymena, by seven points. Michael
had a solid game at corner back
while Paul scored 1-03 from play in
corner forward.
* Marc Cunningham
had a great game at corner back for
the East Down Minor Select team who
defeated Antrim in a trial game in
Cherryvale on Saturday.
* Aaron Doyle was
in action again for the Down U-21's
when they defeated Antrim in a
challenge game in Jordanstown on
Saturday. Aaron played at left half
forward when introduced in the
second half.
