GLASDRUMMAN GAC NOTES

1 Congratulations to the Seniors for their battling performance in earning a hard fought victory against Ballymartin last Friday evening. Senior football continues on Friday 24th August with the final league game away to Downpatrick, throw in at 7.00pm.
2 This week the Minors have a top of the table clash away to Clann Na Banna on Wednesay 22nd August, throw in at 7.00pm.
3 The U-16s, playing with Atticall, had no game last week. Their next league game is on Tuesday 28th August at home to Longstone, throw in at 7.00pm.
4 The U-14s, playing with Atticall, drew their Championship Final last week to earn a replay. The date for the replay still has to be confirmed. Their next league game is away to Aghaderg on Thursday 23rd August, throw in at 7.00pm.
5 The U-12s next game is on Sunday 26th August at home to Clann Na Banna, throw in at 11.00am.
6 Best wishes to Darren Maginnes of Ballymartin in recovering from his serious injury picked up in Friday night's game against the Seniors. Best wishes also to all Glasdrumman players currently out through injury, looking forward to speedy recoveries for all concerned.
7 Thanks to Maureen O'Neill, Collette Burden, Aileen Smyth, Pauline Carr, Maimie Carr and everyone else who helped make the barbeque a success on Friday evening despite the rain.
8 Bingo as usual on Thursday night at 8.30 pm in the Clubrooms.
