Glasdrumman went into this game
on a high after Friday's superb
performance against Downpatrick
and got off to a good start with
a point from Raymond Magorrian
within a minute of the throw in.
Ballyholland however were in the
mood to burst Glasdrumman's bubble
and replied within three minutes
with a goal from the penalty spot.
Ballyholland notched up another
two points before a point each
from Raymond Magorrian and Connaire
Harrison brought Glasdrumman back
within two points after ten minutes
played. Two further points from
Ballyholland increased their lead
again but another point from Connaire
Harrison in the eighteenth minute
kept Glasdrumman within three
points. However, Ballyholland
then moved up a gear and finished
the half with five unanswered
points to leave the half time
score Ballyholland 1-9 Glasdrumman
0-4.
The second half began as the first
ended with Ballyholland notching
up another two points within five
minutes of the restart before
Connaire Harrison scored his third
and Glasdrumman's fifth point
of the game in the thirty eighth
minute. Ballyholland began to
take control of the game and scored
a further five points without
reply to put the game beyond any
doubt. Glasdrumman rallied to
score a late goal from Declan
Grant with four minutes remaining
followed by another Ballyholland
point before Connaire Harrison
completed the scoring with a final
point to leave the final score
