GLASDRUMMAN GAC NOTES

 

1       Senior football continues on Thursday 5th July, at home to Darragh Cross, throw in at 7.15 pm.

2       The Minors are away to Mitchells on Wednesday 4th July in the B Championship First Round, throw in at 7.30pm.

3        The U-16s, playing with Atticall, had a good win last Tuesday, beating Clann Na Banna in the Quarter Final of the B Championship. They have a break now until Tuesday 24th July when they are away to Mitchells in the League, throw in at 7.30pm.

4        The U-14s, playing with Atticall, have a break now until Thursday 26th July when they are at home to Annaclone in the League, throw in at 7.30pm.

5       The U-12s had no game last week and have a break now until Sunday 22nd July when they play Atticall at home, throw in at 11.00am. Training continues every Wednesday at 7.30pm at the primary school pitch.

6       The U-10s played out a very good game away to Ballymartin last Wednesday. Well done to the squad, Ciaran Trimble, Ronan Grant, Cailum McGrath, Ellen Marks, Orlagh Smith, Amy Marks, Sinead Grant, Dean Murray, Jordan Doran, Kyle Magee, Sarah Cunningham and Barry Beeks. Training continues every Wednesday at 7.30pm at the primary school pitch with the U-12s.

7       The Club's annual Sports Day was postponed last week due to the poor weather. It will now take place on a later date, keep an eye on the club notes for details.

8       Congratulations and good luck to Ryan Doran who has been attending the U-16 Ulster Academy at Jordanstown this week.

9       Please forward outstanding membership fees for 2007 to Eddie Feeney or any other Committee member.
