GLASDRUMMAN GAC NOTES
1 The Seniors had a good victory
over Carryduff last Thursday,
2-9 to 0-5 to get them back to
winning ways. Their next game
is against Saul at home on Thursday
3rd July, throw in at 7.30pm.
2 The Reserves had no game last
week, they are at home to Rostrevor
on Sunday 6th July, throw in at
6.00pm.
3 The Minors have no game this
week, their next game is away
to Glenn on Wednesday 9th July,
throw in at 7.30pm.
4 The U-14s enjoyed a great day
out on Sunday at the Ulster Semi-final,
the result of the game only slightly
dampening spirits. They also have
no game this week, but next week
they are at home to Atticall on
Monday 7th July in the league
and to Ballyholland in the Championship
on Wednesday 9th July, both throw
ins at 7.30pm. Training continues
on Monday evenings at the Primary
School from 7.30pm.
5 The U-12s also had no game last
week, their next game is on Sunday
6th July, at home to Longstone,
throw in at 11.00am .
6 The U-8s training continues
at the Primary School pitch each
Sunday at 11.00am.
7 The Club Sports Day will take
place this Sunday, 6th July, weather
permitting, at the Quarter Road.
8 The club's first Golf Classic
will be held this Friday, 4th
July at Kilkeel Golf Club. If
anyone is interested in sponsoring
a tee or green please contact
club PRO, Liam Cunningham or any
Committee member.
9 New Club merchandise now available,
including new kit bags. Please
contact Terry Joyce for any orders.
10 Bingo as usual on Thursday
night at 8.30 pm in the Clubrooms,
the tote currently stands at £
7,600.
