As the seniors season comes to a close the U21’s have begun their challenge for success.

• With the County league final due to be played on the 14th November the seniors have been continuing their preparations with a challenge game against the county Antrim champions, St Galls. With a number of senior players missing for the magpies due to U21 commitments the team put in a very strong and powerful performance to leave Belfast with a two point win.

• The U21’s kicked of their East Down league campaign with a game against Drum/Cross. In a game which the magpies dominated from start to finish it was Kilcoo who won with 9 points to spare.

• The U12’s and U14’s had their annual trip to Croke Park last weekend. This year they attended the second test in the International Rules series and by all accounts a goodtime was had by all. Yet again the players represented the club proudly.
