Last
Wednesday the girls travelled to Newcastle
for a League Semi final clash with
an undefeated and highly fancied Bryansford
side.
Saval
lead from start to finish and were
worthy winners. Like any good side
the Saval girls have the ability but
more importantly they have the determination
to succeed. Saval will now meet the
winners of the Castlewellan/Downpatrick
fixture.
Best
for Saval were Rachel O’Hare
in the backs who kept Bryansford ‘s
County Minor player quiet, Aine Crozier
worked tirelessly in the midfield,
Niamh Millar finished the game’s
top score with a personal tally of
1-6 and lastly Niamh McGowan was by
far the best player on the field.
