Darragh 2-3 .A blazing start for
Teconnaught Patrick Grant was
the top scorer and was well assisted
by Ben Casement and James Casement
,Ryan Brennan was very sound in
goals and Conor Branningan organised
the defence with Patrick Maguire,Aidan
Mc Donald,and Mark Owens helping
out at the back.We had a fine
display from Joe Larkin in midfield
,a great team effort from the
whole panel ,there is no match
next week traning every wednesday

*Ladies football The ladies defeated
St Johns on Tuesday by 7 points
a hard working display from the
team next match is at home on
Thursday against Shamrocks metting
@7 sharp at the pitch.
*Girls under 16 beat Shamrocks
by 5 points . The first half was
a very even game Shamrocks lead
1-3 to Teconnaught 1-2 . In the
sceond half Teconnaught made it
very difficult for Shamrocks to
get out of their own half , Laura
Burns and Nichole Mullholland
started to pull the strings ,
Katie Murphy and Roighan Bradley
did well up front with Catherine
Greene banging in the goals. Shannon
Rogan was excellent in the goals,
over all a very hard working Teconnaught
team.

who is the new Down under 16 captain,also
representing our club is Roighan
Bradley, Jennifer Greene and Laura
Burns. Well done to the girls

The team will restart the division
3 campaign with a home fixture
against Carryduff this friday
night clubroom will be opened
for refreshment after the match.

Flanagan back after a long lay
off with knee injury scored the
winning goal in an entertaning
match at the rann road reserves
are away to Kilcoo next sunday
evening.
*Public notice please refrain
from bringing dogs to the football
club as most of the playing area
is now being covered in dog poo,
as we have very young children
and minors using our playing fields
we would ask that dogs be walked
elsewhere ,we have no problem
with dogs but for health and safety
of our youth please keep dogs
away from the playing fields.
