Former Down boss Pete McGrath dismisses link with Antrim

Former Down manager Pete McGrath has moved to distance himself from from the vacant Antrim post. McGrath who quit the Down post after Longford beat Down in the Qualifers this year has been linked with the vacant Antrim job.
The double All-Ireland winning manager stated that he has not been approached by Antrim to take over from Brian White who also quit after Antrim were defeated in the first round of the qualifers.
“I’ve had no contact with Antrim nor anyone else,” McGrath revealed. “I’m not even thinking along those lines at the moment.
