Corrigan given a one-match sideline Ban - 17/06/03

2003 Ulster Football Championship - Semi Fianl
Down v Fermanagh
@ 4.15 p.m. Clones, Sunday 22nd June 2003

Fermanagh manager Dom Corrigan will have to watch Sunday's Ulster Football Semi-Final against Down from the stand after receiving a one-match sideline ban because of repeated pitch incursions. Corrigan had been previously warned about transgressions of the rule stated a Croke Park source.

However, he was again reported during Fermanagh's win over Donegal and as a result, will be banned from the dugout in Sunday's provincial semi-final at Clones. Potentially, the ban could have an adverse effect on Fermanagh's chances of winning the game.

Corrigan will now have the awkward job of trying to relay instructions to his number two Martin McElkennon by walkie talkie or mobile phone.
