Down managment team have report a clean bill of health before their Ulster final date with League Champions Tyrone on Sunday, July 13th at Clones.

However over the coming week they will be keeping a close eye on a few players which may be carrying niggly injuries including corner-back Brendan Grant. Grant was forced to withdraw after 51st minutes in the Fermanagh semi final clash with an injury, how ever Grant has taken part in recent training sessions and should be available for selection to face the Red Hands.

Everyone else seems to be in tip-top condition and are all looking forward to the final.

Mean while Tyrone have reported a few injury warries before the game. Stephen O'Neill is struggliong with a knee injury while Owen Mulligan, Chris Lawn, John Devine and Collie Holmes all missed training on Wednesday evening with a variety of problems.

O'Neill is the most serious with an ankle injury which he sustained in their run away victory over Antrim.
