      CONGRESS

1. That the International Rules Series be discontinued. (Droichead Mhaigh Eo, Cill Cleithe) - CARRIED
2. That the U-17 International Rules Series  be discontinued. (An Riocht) - CARRIED

3. That the GAA Injury Scheme be improved to better facilitate our players. (Tulach Lis) - CARRIED
4. That the cost of Replay tickets  All Ireland Quarter Finals, All Ireland Semi Final and All Ireland Finals should be greatly reduced.  (Tulach Lis) -  - CARRIED

ULSTER CONVENTION 

7. That the cost of Replay tickets for Ulster Championship games should be greatly reduced. (Tulach Lis)  - CARRIED

COUNTY BYE-LAWS                                                                                       

      GENERAL

12. That the cost of Replay tickets for Down Championship finals should be greatly reduced.  (Tulach Lis) -  - CARRIED
13. That distribution of Ulster and All-Ireland Championship tickets in football and hurling to clubs, club referees and other club representatives on divisional and county committees are made through each club’s County Representative or Club Secretary only. (Caislean an Mhuillin) - CARRIED
     

14. That in the event of Down being involved in an Ulster or All-Ireland Final, the allocation of tickets to clubs be based on a ratio system determined by a clubs registered membership.(Ath Bhriain) - NOT Carried
