Ladies Gaelic: Ready .............. Steady .................. Play ............

The  Ladies  Gaelic  Football  Association  have  developed  a  new  exciting  course  to  address  the  promotion  of  volunteer Recruitment  within  Clubs  .  The  course  is  called  Ready,  Steady ,  Play .

The  course  is  geared  towards  increasing Volunteer  recruitment  in  clubs,  to  support  existing  coaches, with  a  programme  to  involve  parents  or  ex-players ,  who  can  help  and  assist  existing  coaches.  The  course  covers  topics  such  as  Code  of  Ethics,  Volunteer  rights  &  responsibilities,  Coaches  10  point  plan,  Stretching,  Practical  skill  drills  demonstrated,  Head   Hands  feet  for  better  technique,  Fun  games.

The  course  duration  is  two  and  a  half  hours and will  be  delivered  by  Qualified  National  Coaching  Training  Centre  (N.C.T.C.) Tutors.
