Highly-experienced hurler Gary Savage is one of three players dropped by Down as they prepare to take on Derry in this Sunday’s Ulster SHC semi-final replay.

Savage along with Andy Bell and Ciaran Coulter have been dropped for the replay with Jerome Trainor, Ciaran Courtney and Paddy Coulter getting the call into the side.

Derry will be in action for the third weekend in a row when they take on the Mourne county this weekend.
