SOUTH DOWN TO HOST MAJOR BLITZ TOURNAMENT

Saturday past in Ballymartin the South Down Football school of excellence had their last session of the serious. The players had another very successful day with the visit of County stars Ambrose Rodgers and Darren O Hanlon . Ambrose encouraged the boys to remain focused and one day they too may become county players.

South Down U14 football school of excellence will end this Saturday 5th July with a Major Blitz tournament in Buren. Registration @ 10.00am. 10 teams will take part from South, North & Mid Armagh, Louth, South Antrim, South & East Down. First games will commence and 10.15am and it is hoped to conclude by 3.00pm.

All players are asked to be attendance @ 10.00am and should bring with them their own water bottles, playing equipment and snacks.
