GREAT NIGHT FOR DOWN AT ULSTER SCÓR
SEMI
Two wins each for Clonduff & Glenn.
One each for Saval & Saul
Down clubs won six out of the eight competitions
at the Ulster Scór semi final in Randalstown
on Friday night last 7th March.
Clonduff and Glenn were the top County Down
clubs with two wins each, while Saul and Saval
captured the Ceili Dancing and Novelty Act
titles.
Along with the Down representatives, the other
clubs taking part in the competitions were
from Antrim and Derry.
The St McNissi’s Parish Centre was a
splendid venue for these competitions and
we would expect to see many more Scór
events taking place in the County Antrim venue.
With Malachy Duffin an excellent Fear a Ti
in charge, the competitions were run smoothly
and efficiently, although at times he could
have done with a little help on stage.
