Senior Hurling
Championship Draw 2003 - 28/10/02

Down v London/Antrim

The draw for the 2003 Guinness Hurling Championship was made live on RTE One Television, with the most intriguing tie being the the meeting of Tipperary and beaten All-Ireland finalists Clare.

This year, in the preliminary round, Tipperary emerged victorious after an epic encounter, so the Banner County will be keen to exact revenge. The winners of what will surely be another match to remember will qualify for a semi-final meeting against Cork, who will be hopeful of putting the controversies of this year's Championship behind them.
