Down hurler Barry Milligan is a major
injury doubt for Sunday's Division 2A clash against Kildare
in Portaferry. Milligan has a hand
injury which he sustained in the victory over Westmeath
last week.
Down boss Jimmy O'Reilly is looking for
Milligan's inspiration to help his side push for a play-off
slot.
Milligan scored a goal from the left half-back
berth against Westmeath and is one of the driving forces
of the county.
