The U-16 league got back on track with a few interesting results being thrown up over the weekend. In Section A, Castlewellan , league winners from 2003 lead the way, they had a convincing win over Clonduff on Saturday evening. Wins for Ballymartin and Saval on Sunday keep them into contention for the second spot as they had big wins over Burren and Rostrevor respectively. In section B, Bryansford and Bredagh are the frontrunners but they need to watch out as Ardglass, Downpatrick and Bright are hot on their heels.

Sunday April 25th will see a few interesting tussles in Section A, none more so than Ballymartin v Castlewellan, Saval v Annaclone and Shamrocks v Rostrevor. In Section B, Bright and Bredagh should be close as they fight it out for second spot.
