In an effort to clean up the ladies game a motion to introduce the 'sin bin' was passed by a huge majority at Saturday's Congress in Galway.

For championship games at intercounty senior and junior level, if a player receives a yellow card they will be sent to the 'sin bin' for a period of ten minutes playing time.
