Accepting their awards, Presented by Club Chairman Jimmie Cousins were: Ailish Fearon, Amy Lowry and Jack McCumiskey for his big sister Ella. Oran Wilson and Lauren Kane were also awarded bursaries but they are currently in An Gaeltacht and will receive theirs at a later date.

Eoin Murray who had been awarded a County Scholarship was also presented with his cheque by Jimmie Cousins.

FOOTBALL

SFL Clonduff 0-9 v Glenn 0-13
It all started so promising with great tackling and plenty of turnover and this pattern continued up to half time. The Yellas led 0-8 to 0-5 at the break. However when they went into the dressing room at half time they forgot to come out of it for the second half, and only managed a point from a free! The effort was there but some of the decision-making was very poor leading to wides, turnovers and missed opportunities. The next game up is The Championship next Friday night in Newry - perhaps what the boys have worked at and for will all come together for that one.
Team and scorers: Mark Bradley, Darren O'Hagan, Shane O'Hagan, Ruairi Lively, Brendan Britton, Rory Grant, Paul Lively (0-2), Aidan Carr, Niall Tumilty, Charlie Carr, Shane Ward (0-2), Kieran Trainor (0-1), Shaun Murnin, Barry O'Hagan (0-2) Stephen McConville (0-2); Subs used: Jayme Gribben, Shane McGreevy, Conor Murray

AC MFL Clonduff 3-9 v Newry Shamrocks 2-12

Clonduff played out an exciting draw in Clonduff Park on Saturday evening in the final game of their All County League against high flyers Newry Shamrocks belying their lowly position in the league. They have had a number of close encounters but results just went against them. U14 league – Clonduff 4-1 Attical 3-2

Clonduff came from behind to secure the points in Tuesday night. Once again the team was missing quite a few regulars due to holidays and girls attending An Gaeltacht so a young team was fielded. Nevertheless the girls showed great heart and determination in what was a very exciting second half. Tierna Savage, Lily McAllister, Grace Clancy and Katie Morgan curtailed the Attical forward line and Niamh Ward pulled off some crucial saves. Ellen Shields and Erin Lively got some great scores to secure the win. Overall a great performance from all the girls. Well done!
Team and scorers: Eve Matthews, Katie Morgan, Grace Clancy, Lily McAllister, Tierna Savage, Katie Cunningham, Ellen Shields (4-0) Erin Lively (0-1) Ceallagh Byrne , Erin McAlinden, Niamh Ward, Meah Murphy, Blaithin Shields and Aoife O'Rourke.
