Down GAA are saddened this evening to learn of the death of Thomas Walsh

Coiste Chontae an Dúin and the family that is Down GAA are saddened this evening to learn of the death of Thomas Walsh.

Thomas was the Bryansford County Board Rep and a man who gave a lifetime of service to the GAA for his Club as a player, a manager and an administrator. 

Within Down GAA Thomas served as a member of the County Committee and as a valued member of our team of Gate men who give voluntarily of their time to manage the smooth running of fixtures within the County.

On behalf of Down GAA, we extend our deepest sympathy to the entire Walsh family circle and to the Bryansford Club on the loss of a true gentleman and Gael Thomas Walsh.
