DOWN GAA HURLING COACH DEVELOPMENT FORUM

On Saturday 10th September 2016, Down GAA will be holding a Hurling Coach Development Forum for club Hurling Coaches of all ages in St Patrick's GS Downpatrick.

The Forum will be run by the County Hurling Development Committee and the Coaching and Games Department.

Paudie O'Neill

Our special guests for the day will be Paudie O'Neill, Chairman of the National GAA Hurling Development Committee and Eamonn O'Shea, former Tipperary hurler and manager.

The event will commence at 10am sharp, concluding at approximately 3pm. A light lunch will be provided.

This forum is open to all coaches / managers / club coaching officers from any background.

The day will consist of a mixture of both indoor presentations and outdoor coaching demonstrations as well as an open Q & A forum.

This event is not be missed. We would encourage our clubs to send as many hurling coaches as they possibly can.

In a bid to help with the smooth running of this event, clubs are asked to confirm the names of those attending with Conor O'Toole (developmentmanager.down@gaa.ie), via email, no later than Wednesday 7th September.
