Great Honour for our All Ireland Champion Niamh McDowell this Sunday.  The Club wishes Niamh well on Sunday  and  we are all very proud of her .  Notification from Croke Park :

TG4 LADIES GAELIC FOOTBALL ALL-IRELAND FINALS, PÁIRC AN CHRÓCAIGH - 24 SEPTEMBER, 2017.

Niamh McDowell from CLG Glasdromain (Glasdrumman GAA Club), Co. Down - winner of Amhránaíocht Aonair at the 2017 Scór na nÓg Finals will sing Amhrán na bhFiann with the Artane Band at the Ladies Gaelic Football Finals on Sunday, 24 September, 2017 in Páirc an Chrócaigh..

The finalists will be as follows:-

11.45 a.m. Derry v Fermanagh (Junior)
1.45 p.m. Tipperary v Tyrone (Intermediate)

 Niamh will sing before the Senior Final at around 3-45 p.m 
4.00 p.m. Dublin v Mayo (Senior)

The above games will be broadcast live on TG4.

Our Seniors travelled to Dublin to take part in the Invitational St.Jude's 7 's competition.  After winning two out of three matches in the  group  stage to qualify for the Knock out part of the competition, we lost by a point to Mayo's Two Mile town who won with a goal scored with the last kick of the game.  We thank all at St.Jude's for their invitation , hospitality and organisation o n the day. 

The Eire Og u-11 games start this Sunday at 11am against An Riocht B in Ballymartin.  Training continues on a Thursday evening from 6.15 until 7.15 at the Quarter Road.

The Eire Og u-13s first game is against Atticall in Glasdrumman on Saturday at 3.30pm.  A text message with details of training will be sent out during the week.

Circuits class starting  Tuesday 19th September at 7pm in the Glasdrumman clubrooms! £5 per class. All welcome . These are run in conjunction with Actisport. 

Yoga continues on Mondays at 8.00 p.m in the Clubrooms.  Weekly Bingo on Thursdays at 8.30 p.m. in the Clubrooms . Usual return minibus available via Kilkeel, Ballymartin and Annalong.
