Men's Health Evening

Friday 15th January 2016

Ardglass GAC would like to take this opportunity to invite you to our Men's Health Evening on Monday 25th January. As a club, we are dedicated to looking after our members on and off the pitch. As part of our wellbeing strategy, we will be hosting an information night to promote positive physical and mental health for all involved in our club and community. The evening will cover a range of topics that traditionally have been areas of stigma or difficult for men to talk about. We believe that getting the information out there and having support networks available to our members will make it easier for them to seek help if required.

The evening will take the following layout;

7pm - Meet and Greet (refreshments available)

7.15pm - Chairmans Address/Introductions.

7.25pm - 8.05pm

8.05pm - 8.30pm
