Down Senior Hurlers will take on Queens in the 2023 Conor McGurk Cup Quarter Final on Saturday 7th Jan 2023.
The game will take place at 1pm in the Queens University Dub Playing Fields.
Queen's University were handsome winners over Louth in their Round 1 game played at the Dub last night (QUB 5-24 Louth 2-09).
Three first-half goals, the highlight an excellent individual effort from Sean Hughes, had the hosts ahead 3-15 to 0-6 at the half-time break.
Both sides hit two goals after the turnround, with Padraig Fallon netting twice for the Wee county, but the gap was too big to close.
