Division 2 Primary schools Feile report

Friday 22nd April 2016

The Division Two Cumman na mBunscol An Dúin Féile tournament took place on Wednesday the 20th April in the beautiful sunshine at the grounds of Eoghan Rua Kilcoo, which had been beautifully prepared for the day.

A great selection of camogie and hurling teams filled two pitches for a great day's sport in the spirit of Féile.

After a busy morning of hurling St Malachy's Castlewellan defeated St Dallan's Warrenpoint in the final of the hurling section.

In the camogie section St Patrick's Ballymaghery, Hilltown defeated Ballyholland Primary School in a fiercely contested finale.

Congratulations to all the young hurlers and camogs who came out and to the staff of the schools and Cumman na mBunscoil who put a huge amount of work into this year and every year.
