The Down GAA Cul Camp County Mentor, Frank Dawson has identified the following clubs as ones he would like to visit over the Summer months:

Frank will contact Club Camp co-ordinators the week previous to inform what date he will visit.

For his arrival he has asked that the club Co-ordinator have the following forms completed and available for him:

Form A – Pre camp Facility Maintenance Checklist
Form B – Pre Camp First Aid and Injury Management Checklist
Form C – In Camp Safety Checklist
Form D – Doctor On Call Form
Form E – Cul Camp Supervision Rota
Form F – Accident / Incident Report Form
Form G – Parent Questionnaire

All these forms are included in the operational booklet.
