All County A Championship
Semi-final - Bredagh 1-2
Ballycran 3-4 at Cherryvale
The Ballycran managers admitted
after this game that they
honestly expected to win
this contest easily but
what a fright they had!
The boys from the Ards found
themselves losing at half-time
(1-1 to 0-2) and in a panic
situation. That was a credit
to the superb and determined
play by one of the newest
hurling teams in County
Down, and to their coaches.
Last week, Bredagh were
crowned Down U-12 B Champions
