General Meeting
Club Committee meetings continue in the Clubhouse every Monday Night
at 8 pm. We will be discussing final arrangements for the official
pitch opening on Sunday 6th May. We would like any parishioners who
can help out in any way to attend this meeting as there is a lot of
work to be done. This is also putting a large financial restraint on
the club so we would welcome any financial backing from any local
businesses or persons. Many thanks.
Hurling Training
Training continues at Ballela field every Tuesday and Thursday Night
at 7pm for the Senior Hurling squad. All players must attend. The
Senior Hurlers are reminded that their first competitive match is

involvement with the County Minors.

2007 to mark the official opening of Ballela Hurling & Camogie Club’s
new pitch. Tickets will soon be made available and these can be
bought from any Committee member. This is a momentous occasion in the
long and proud history of Ballela Hurling and Camogie Club and it
will take a huge effort to make this day a success. So we call on any
parishioners who can contribute towards the event to contact any
committee member. Sponsorship is also available as this will be a
costly and once in a lifetime event. We will be doing a commemorative

ASAP.
