129 children attended the Kellogg's GAA Cúl Camp and Nursery Camp at Dunavil, thanks to the coaches and the Club co-ordinators for their efforts; it all went off very well.

In Senior Camogie An Riocht defeated Castlewellan 3-22 to 1-6 to win the league. Well done to everyone associated with this triumph. Team: J Sloan, Clara Killen, L Rodgers, A O’Reilly, N Cunningham, N Kelly, P Mathews, O McAlinden, N Fearon, A Fearon, M Trainor, C Fearon, L Clarke, Carrie Killen, T Rooney. Subs: T Bowater, C Whyte, CL Spiers, A McDowell, T Donnan, S Rodgers.

The Junior Camogs won well in Kilclief, 6-16 to 1-2. Team: Andrea O’Neill, Caitlin Quinn, Caoimhe McAlinden, Charlene Whyte, Sarah Rodgers, Caoimhe Leigh Spiers, Aine O’Reilly, Patrice Matthews, Sophie Bowater, Lauren Clarke, Tiarna Donnan, Aoife McDowell, Ciarrai Connor. Subs: Tara Bowater, Clare Fearon, Emma Cousins, Eve Doran. The Juniors are top of the table with two games left, away to Aghaderg and home to Kilcoo who are second.

The Minor Camogs are unbeaten and top of the league with one game remaining, away to Clonduff who are in second place.

The U16 Camogs scored a big win over Dromara, fair play to the visitors who travelled even though they were struggling for a team and well done to the home management who agreed to play reduced numbers so the game could go ahead.

Team: Rachel Cunningham, Eve Doran, Cerys Clarke, Amy Clarke, Clare Fearon, Mollie Ireland, Shannagh Campbell, Caoimhe Donnan, Darcy Spiers, Rachel Clarke, Caitlin Small, Nanette Campbell. The U16 Camogs are two points off top spot with five league fixtures remaining away to Mayobridge, Ballycran and Atticall and home to Castlewellan and Drumaness so their fate remains very much in their own hands.

The Senior Footballers scored a 2-21 to 2-6 win over Glenn at Dunavil.

Team: S Doran, L Rodgers, C Doyle 0-1, C McVeigh, A Sloan, P Allen 1-0, J Cunningham 0-3, J Colgan 0-1, R McAlinden 1-2 (2f), S Clarke 0-1, D Doyle 0-1, D Morgan 0-3, N McArdle 0-6 (3f), R Cunningham 0-2, P Gartland. Subs: C Clarke 0-1, C Cole, K Colgan, A White, R Clarke

The Reserve Footballers lost in Castlewellan 4-19 to 1-10.

In U18 Football An Riocht didn’t field to Drumgath, numbers are tight here and there were just too many missing due to work, holidays and injuries. The Minor Football League redraw fixtures have An Riocht at home to Annaclone on 30th July and to Bosco on 15th August and away to Tullylish on 1st August and to Clann Na Banna on 8th August.

The U16 Footballers won in Tullylish on Friday 1-13 to 0-10. They are joint top with Rostrevor with four games to go including away to the Reds, home to Bosco and Saval twice.

Go-Kart Making @ Dunavil was the main activity of the first week of the summer scheme.

The Kingdom Youth Club are running a twelve-hour Charity Indoor Football Marathon aimed at First Year and up on Friday 4th August from 9pm - 9am. The charity has yet to be confirmed, anyone interested in participating in the event should let the club know no later than Monday 24th July so fixtures and sponsor sheets can be distributed to those involved.
