Seniors had no game last weekend . Next up a our opponents are Drumgath on Wednesday evening a foretaste of what's in store in the Championship.
Despite being 13 points down at half time, the Eire Og U-14s came away from St Michaels with a big win last Monday night. Well done boys! Next game is away to Glenn on Monday 22nd May, match report next week.
The Eire Og U-12s had a home game to Aghaderg on Sunday morning and started brightly, leaving themselves 2 points up at half time, the second half started with the visitors on the attack and it wasn't long before they took the lead, eventually winning the game. Training continues on a Thursday night from 6.45 to 7.45 at the Quarter Road. Match away on Sunday to St Michaels, travel arrangements will be given at training.
Our All Ireland Champion Niamh Mc Dowell was on stage in Clonduff on Triday as part of their night of celebration for the All Ireland winning Ballad Group. Our thanks to Clonduff for the hospitality and great nights craic. It was a privilege to be invited to share in their special evening. ADH MÓR ÓRAIBH.
Niamh will be honoured at a special Council reception hosted by Gillian Fitzpatrick this Thursday evening in Newry Arts Centre. A proud moment for Niamh,her family and our Club .
Yoga continues on Monday nights in the Clubrooms. Circuits on Tuesdays, Walking Club on Wednesdays ( football permitting), and on Thursday nights our weekly bingo sessions continue.
